  Indiana Juvenile Delinquency Law

Indiana Youth Services Association, through its member agencies, provides support to Hoosier youth and families with the intention of  diverting children away from the  judicial system.  We recognize however, that there are times when Hoosier youth become engaged in the juvenile justice system.  With this in mind, we have provided a collection of basic Indiana law applicable to juveniles.  It is not exhaustive.

For a brief overview to help you understand the general function and procedures contained in the Juvenile Delinquency Laws in our state, please click on the link:  Indiana Juvenile Delinquency Law

Please note:  Laws change over time.  Please visit the Indiana Code page for the latest information on Juvenile Law.
