HB1016 Juvenile Alcohol offences Burton - Juvenile alcohol offenses. Repeals a provision providing that a child commits a delinquent act if the child violates the law concerning minors and alcoholic beverages. HB1042 Dissemination of sexual material (Sexting) Lawson, Foley - provides defenses to the crimes of disseminating matter harmful to minors if a cellular telephone was used and the defendant and recipient are certain ages.
